NoneIM : If you do own a Qtek 9090, or any Pocket PC PDA that comes with an integrated keyboard, you may be annoyed by the virtual keyboard of PocketPC 2003 or Windows Mobile 2003 showing up from time to time when the focus enters some edit controls. Download NoneIM.PPC2003_ARM.CAB, copy it somewhere in your PocketPC and open it in the File Explorer. The Application will install itself, then you can select "None" in the Input Method.
